We’re chatting with Eoghan McCabe, CEO at Intercom. Eoghan is a serial entrepreneur. After starting two other companies, in 2011 he and his co-founders started Intercom, a business messaging platform that delivers real-time, contextual communication consumers expect, the personal experience they demand and the tools to scale businesses’ needs. Intercom’s mission is to make internet business personal.
The company became one of Silicon Valley’s fastest growing startups, going from $1M - $50M ARR in 3 years. Today, the company has over 650 employees and has raised $241M in funding. More than 30,000 businesses, including New Relic, Atlassian, Autodesk, Sotheby’s, and Shopify, use Intercom to connect with 4 billion unique people worldwide.
Today we're diving into how Eoghan developed authenticity in his leadership style while he built and grew the rocket ship we all know as Intercom.
