[Mini-Series] Growing Through the 5 Stages of Grief: Stage 1 (Denial)

⚠️TRIGGER WARNING: DEATH/MURDER⚠️ This episode provides a brief education on the 5 stages (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance). Angelea shares her testimony regarding how her mother was murdered when she was barely 18 years old, and how she moved through the first of the 5 stages of grief starting college and throughout her 20's ✨.

The purpose of this mini-series is to help at least one person feel less alone moving through these stages 🤝. Look forward to an analogy Angelea found by the author Mari Andrew, that changed her dark view of loss into a positive outlook to manage the feelings of grief.
