Meanwhile, starting on October 1st, Romania’s minimum wage will rise by 10%.

So, as the increase of minimum wage becomes a hot topic across Europe, we take a closer look at the current reality of minimum wages and explore whether increasing the minimum wage could truly help low-income workers make ends meet?
