In this episode we discuss all things fannies and flaps with the brilliant physiotherapist and comedian, Elaine Miller. Elaine is the woman behind Gusset Grippers, and is taking the shame and stigma out of talking about pelvic floors and incontinence. She explains why we need to start having honest conversations about vaginas, wetting ourselves and why teenagers should be handed a mirror during sex education. Elaine is performing a hit comedy show at the Edinburgh Fringe right now, and is writing a book about pelvic floors, which is due for release in 2020.
