Michael Furey started Delta Research & Advisory in 2012 with the goal of providing innovative quantitative-based investment and markets research for the private wealth industry. Delta Advisory is focused on the investment committee function, including governance, asset allocation, investment selection, and portfolio design. Delta Research includes Delta Factors, a multi-factor investment analytics system whose subscribers use to better understand managed fund investment performance behaviour. Clients of Delta range from boutique financial advisory firms to multi-national asset managers.
Michael is a Senior Fellow of FINSIA, Certified Investment Management Analyst®, and Certified Financial Planner®. His educational qualifications include Master of Applied Finance & Investment, Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, Bachelor of Mathematics (Statistics), and has completed Level 2 Accredited Derivatives Adviser (ADA). He is a regular writer and conference presenter on a wide array of investment matters.
