The Intentional Parents Podcast
Religion & Spirituality:Christianity
Happy Thanksgiving from Intentional! Today is a special bonus episode that you DO NOT want to miss. Brook sits down with his therapist Dr. Barry Gridley to cover a myriad of topics. To mention a few, they discuss dysfunctional family systems and how family's identities change as trauma or chronic sickness ensues. They talk about the fatigue of grief work and how to do it, the four "a's that shame leads us to, and how to be an excellent spouse to someone who has experienced or is experiencing trauma. Enjoy!
