In September of 2019, Pastor Jarrid Wilson died by suicide. He was a husband, father and a prominent advocate for mental health. In this episode of Fun Therapy, Mike sits down with his widow, Juli Wilson. They discuss what grief looks like and the process of learning to breathe again in the midst of this devastating loss. Juli shares with brave vulnerability about the struggle and the hope, dealing with critics and the one thing she would want Jarrid to know today. Please be advised this episode talks about suicide and some may find it triggering.
