Emotional Intelligence is a HUGE topic that is gaining significant momentum. The World Economic Forum predicts that by 2020 that Emotional Intelligence skills will be mandatory in workplaces.

Currently the Managing Director of HR Culture, Susan holds more than 20 years of experience in leading and managing people in a diverse range of organisations spanning financial services, manufacturing and distribution, retail and business to business sales.
Susan loves to help create workplaces where people are motivated and inspired to do and be their best. To achieve this vision, she has been working with Genos International for the past six years to build her capabilities around deploying emotional intelligence in the workplace.
