Here is part of the about section from Susan Cornish's bio:
Susan Cornish is a visionary with a passion to grow businesses. She blends astute sales skills with 30+ years of management in complex field organizations. She believes that the strength of any organization is people – it’s human capital. Leading by example and understanding the keys to motivate people, Susan builds teams that take ownership of individual roles and collective success. She demonstrates an ability to manage multiple constituents in clients, business partners, vendors, and employees to accomplish goals.
Her experience crosses both B2B and B2C corporate and entrepreneurial organizations. These companies have ranged from start-up to $1B in annual revenues.
In 2009, she brought this passion to the fledgling franchise system, College Nannies, Sitters, and Tutors.
Her first unit in Columbus grew rapidly despite the economy, earning the franchise Rookie of the Year. Now with multiple units in North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, she focuses on taking College Nannies, Sitters, and Tutors to a $100M brand by increasing sales, driving operational efficiencies, and developing personnel.
