Such an amazing interview we have for you today.  #QualityMatters is here to demonstrate that Quality Management principles are applicable everywhere you go.  This week is Jim McIngvale, Mattress “Mack” of Gallery Furniture.  Gallery Furniture is for those of you not in the Houston Area is a true icon and landmark of Houston, and rightly so.  Mack owner of Gallery Furniture has likely done more good of the folks of this city and surrounding area than any other single person.  The endless list of good deeds is truly amazing, but would not have been possible if there not for the amazingly successful Gallery Furniture. Mack quoted W Edward Deming saying that “work is life’s greatest therapy”, and we here at Texas Quality Assurance believe that to be true as well.
