Brad Pitts has built his new role as a consumer services consultant off years of experience and examples accumulated in the pest control industry.
Chief among his teachings today is how to value team members: Not just in hiring good ones, but in retaining them.
"If employees view it as a career, they're going to stay with you, if you treat them the right way," says Pitts, whose resume includes stops at HomeTeam Pest Defense, Orkin Pest Control, Arrow Environmental Services, Fox Pest Control, and Hawx Pest Control.
