This is my first interview. It starts from a woman executive. Her name is Sherry Parvaneh, an immigrant originally from Iran. She works in a field/industry where very few woman can make a career path, information system and data management. Currently she is the Chief Information Officer in Honest Company, a very popular Organic Baby Care products company setup by celebrity Jessica Alba. How does she make breakthroughs in her career?
