This week we welcomed Limerick’s own Gar Benn to the podcast. Gar is the owner of CityGym Limerick, Titan Ireland, Head coach at Sigma Nutrition, Head of the European Powerlifting Conference & Elemental Formulations Europe.

In Feb 2020 I was at a seminar Gar spoke at on soft skills for coaching. The talk was all entered around how to be a better coach, not from an informational perspective but from the human side of things.
