Hey, listeners!! First off thank you for all being here and listening to my show, You have no idea how much it means to me, honestly. This little extra episode is mainly just a big ole cry fest cause I really needed to just vent and clear the air I guess. TRIGGER WARNING here though!! I talk about being sad and depressed and I’m literally in the middle of an anxiety attack and I’m crying a bit so like if any of those things bother you, I’d just skip ahead. I also talk about some weight loss stuff so again if that’s triggering to you please just skip this one, I promise I don’t mind. This is really just more for me but I wanted to write a little blurb to just reassure everyone that I’m okay, honestly I am. This was just recorded in a not so great moment but I knew if I didn’t record now I literally would never end up recording so this is the result.
