Kiefer Lamme (@kieferlami) is a man who wears many hats — he's the Assistant Head Coach for Underdog Athletics, Director of Programming for Invictus Boston, Head of Black Iron Training and an all around rad dude. We had the pleasure of first meeting at Underdogs HQ in Vegas and I knew he'd have valuable insight to share on the pod based on his personal and professional experience in the functional fitness space.
