Over the past year, Kimball Jones has taken six cases to trial, securing more than $700 million in verdicts and settlements. 7. In January 2025, Kimball obtained a $114 million verdict after an insurance company refused to pay a $250,000 policy for a client who had suffered a traumatic brain injury.
