Not many people graduate high school or go to college thinking, I’m going to be in New Home Sales. It’s always interesting to me to hear the stories of how people find their way into this industry and the diverse backgrounds that equate to success in it. Jenna Skuza found her way to New Home Sales through the hospitality industry, working for some of the biggest hotel chains in the world. She talks to us about the idea of hospitable leadership and how lessons of hospitality versus customer service has helped her find success.
