Kate Horsman engages clients in creative and meaningful change through food, mindset, and compassion. She is a mindfulness leader in Vancouver and has trained in both professional counseling and nutrition, specializing in the mind-body connection of eating disorders and mental illness.
Kate continues to work in her private practice with her one-on-one clients, while also working with organizations such as Lululemon, Aritzia, Microsoft and more on their mental health, wellness, and mindfulness programs. She also works with non-profit organizations such as Face of Today.
