He started his career as a Marketing Director at Pabst Brewing Company, where he played a crucial role in developing Pabst Blue Ribbon’s rebranding process, resulting in three consecutive years of growth for the first time in more than 20 years.
With extensive experience in the alcoholic beverage industry, Neal worked as the Director of Marketing at Flying Dog Brewery, where he led and managed the marketing department. He has also worked with well-known brands, including Dogfish Head, Miller Lite, Coors Light, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, and Deschutes Brewery, specializing in strategic planning, brand management, and digital marketing to deliver results.
