This past week has been a crazy one!

After being diagnosed with Prostate cancer at the age of 42, it certainly sent my head into a crazy whirlwind and the only thing I could think to do, was to sit down with one of my favourite people in the world to mind dump.

This is a raw, open and honest discussion from the mind of someone who was just told they have cancer.

If nothing else, I hope this podcast chat has EVERY man on the planet take their health more seriously and every woman on this planet make sure the men in their life are being proactive about their health.
