Anna returns to the Home Trails Podcast!

In this episode we speak about her lead up to LL100, which included a DNF at the Summer Spine Race last month, her stress fracture that was on its way out just in time for LL and how her nutrition strategy was actually the goal of this race.

We talk about her learnings from the race including the steady pacing strategy that she employed to test out her race plans for TGC in September. A strategy that actually paid off when the race ahead of her fell apart through injury and heat exhaustion.

We discuss aging at the front of races and how she is coming to terms with the fact that she is now focusing on age category positions rather than the overall win. Although this performance shows that she still has what it takes to win big UK races!
