Dr. Inessa Fishman is a Facial Plastic Surgeon who specializes in facial plastic aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the head and neck, with an emphasis on rhinoplasty (nose surgery), facelifting, eyelid lifting, brow lifting, facial and skin resurfacing, otoplasty and non-surgical newborn ear correction, scar revision, facial implants, lip and cheek augmentation, jawline contouring, and injectable fillers and Botox(R) and Dysport(R). She combines surgical and medical interventions with minimally invasive and non-invasive treatments to give her patients natural and beautiful results.

Dr. Fishman was born in Kiev, Ukraine, and moved the United States with her family in the early 1990s. She attended Emory University in Atlanta, GA, obtaining a Bachelor Science degree in Biology. Dr. Fishman obtained her medical degree (MD) at the Emory University School of Medicine, and then completed a rigorous Ear, Nose, and Throat–Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of Kansas, gaining first-class expertise in head and neck diseases and surgery for cancer, trauma, and reconstruction. She then took on a highly competitive fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, refining her skills in cosmetic facial, ear, and nose surgery and developing a wide spectrum of non-surgical facial rejuvenation techniques. After her training, Dr. Fishman practiced at Artisan Plastic Surgery in Atlanta, GA before establishing Aviva Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics in North Atlanta.
