Spain wins World Cup

This morning on Europe Today, we head to Madrid, where Spain celebrated its 1-0 World Cup final victory over Argentina. Barcelona striker Ferran Torres scored the winner in the 106th minute after Argentina were reduced to 10 men following Enzo Fernández's red card.
