EP16: Kim Cotter, Controller at Don Sebastiani & Sons, joins the hosts to discuss the behind-the-scenes end of wine company management. Kim never set out to work in the wine industry. She received her Bachelor of Business Science and Accounting & Finance degrees from the University of Capetown, South Africa. In the U.S., Kim worked her way up through the ranks at Foley Family Wines and Ledson before landing at Don Sebastiani.
