Hi, I’m Kelly U, and I love therapy. But I promise, this will not feel like a therapy session. I’m here to do two things. First, I want to show you that it’s not “just you” thinking, feeling and struggling the way you do. And two, I will tell you what it’s really like to heal through things that you never thought you could.
What qualifies me for such an endeavor? Six years of therapy to finally leave a toxic relationship, face my family drama and trauma, and recover from a lifetime of eating disorders and depression. Every Thursday we will tackle different mental health topics such as trauma, eating disorders, toxic relationships and family dynamics. Through conversations with established experts and advocates, we’ll dive into the process of healing and build confidence and skills to tackle the messiness of life together.
