On the first episode of "Our Universe is Mental with Jimmy Jacobs" I catch up with embodiment and transformational guide Jonathan MacCaul. Back in 2020, Jonathan guided me to connect with my body more, and through that initiation, I began to understand the connection between our bodies and the trauma we've experienced in our lives that have shaped our patterns of behavior.
