- You actually have to exercise (I can’t do the work for you)
- Start with just one minute per day, then up the time (eg: do as many push-ups as possible)
- Do it first thing daily.
- Walk/Ride instead of driving where ever possible
- Get a fitness buddy to keep you accountable and motivated
