Seeing success on YouTube boils down to two very specific things: attracting new viewers and keeping the ones you have. So how do you build a loyal community? How can you ensure that the people who watch your videos turn into loyal subscribers? How do you even see where your subscribers are coming from?
In this week’s episode, I’m going to teach you how to find your analytics in the audience tab and use those analytics to hone your YouTube strategy.
When you have more new viewers than returning viewers, it means that YouTube is pushing out your content and exposing you to new viewers, but also, these viewers either aren’t translating into subscribers, or they aren’t translating into subscribers that come back.
When you have more returning viewers than new viewers, it means your subscribers are really loyal, which is AMAZING, but you’re struggling to grow and be exposed to new viewers.
