In today’s episode, I sit down with Fanny Tulloch. We discuss how she got into Personal Training from a background in wrestling to competing in bodybuilding, to finding her way to her practice and teaching of calisthenics, breathing, and intentional movement.
We also discuss the satisfaction in producing things with quality that quantity cannot come close to and the act of quantifying things — ticking off the boxes of achievement.
Fanny is a thoughtful, caring, and intelligent person who I was very grateful I could have on and discuss these topics with her.
