On this episode we are joined by Holly Rawlings from My Way Fitness Prepped. Holly shares her story of growing up with a physically and verbally abusive stepmother. Holly would find an escape in cheerleading and in the rodeo world in barrel racing and team roping. Holly would spend years battling with her past and finding growth in therapy and her faith in God. At 50, Holly decided to leave her career and bet on herself! Thank you for listening to Holly's amazing story!
