What do you do when a client is unhappy with the services you provided or when a client is coming to you after being unhappy with another service provider?
This episode of Serve Scale Soar® is all about client struggles. We all have them, but what do you do? When we have clients that want something specific, it’s really important that we set clear expectations for them right away.
It takes open and honest communication, realistic expectations, and boundaries to ensure a great client relationship. It helps you build trust and really impress your clients so they want to work with you forever.
You will have struggles with clients, and you’ll have clients that have had struggles with other service providers. The important thing to remember is that there are things that we can do to fix the issues and wow them so that they build their trust back in service providers.
