Why your not broken like the personal development industry wants you to believe, you just need a modern tribe

A big topic today, we can get so comfortable in our personal development work, even diving into a little bit of spiritual bypassing, though is it all really working?, is it really empowering us to develop our own tailored view on reality? We all have a unique view right? You know that yea..? I see many including myself getting caught in a potential trap of seeing the world through a type of "I'm broken" lens. This can be crippling, after you have invested so much in your favorite book, Guru and their latest retreat, though is it working for you? Of course it does, it's all performing a function, though the real question is, is it the most effective/efficient way?
