Welcome to the When is Now Podcast! My name is Capella, and in this short episode, I want to introduce myself and give you some insight as to what to expect from this podcast. I've worked in the film industry for over 20 years, and believe that it's at its best when we include practices of respect, trust, inclusion, and emotional intelligence. 

In each episode, I'll have one-on-one conversations with extraordinary multi-industry leaders on a wide variety of topics.
