To match ‘X’ by Ed Sheeran, Riley brings a classic cocktail, an Old Fashioned: 1 and ½ shots of bourbon or rye whiskey, 1 cube of sugar or ½ shot of simple syrup, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, orange peel for garnish and a splash of water over ice.

If you are partial to a more modern style of Chardonnay, then Chris recommends Margaret River and Yarra Valley as two Australian wine regions to explore. Or if your bank balance allows, try a French Chablis or something from the Mâconnais.

Fortified wines such as Muscat from the Swan Valley are fantastic. Chris recommends wineries such as Taliancich or Sitella. Or you could try some real Port from the Douro Valley in Portugal.
