Every day since the Coronavirus lockdown, my family has gathered in the morning, gone around in a circle one and shared something we are grateful for.
While I got some eyerolls and heavy sighs on day one, two weeks in and my kids look forward to our daily family gratitude practice. We each take a different colored marker and write our gratitude statement on a poster board. When this quarantine is over, I'm getting them framed and our gratitude practice will continue. It's brought peace and calm to us during uncertain times.
