Interludes, by nature, are transformational and transitional moments. They’re an opportunity for us to catch our breath, pause, reflect, & recalibrate. Interludes act as a review and set-up, they hint at the driving force of an albums whole point. Interludes offer new depth, and with newfound perspective allow us to see the picture differently than we would have without it.    So, it my privilege, my honor, and a labor of love to introduce you to tha interlude - a new kind of pause, the podcast where our words in here match our actions out there. Where our words reveal our experiences. Where our words align with our intentions. Our words are a movement, and our goal is to invite our listeners to respond and act accordingly.    And in true interlude fashion, as an ode to it - this podcast will cut to the chase in 30 minutes or less, because there’s work to be done.
