Is the ’no wars’ president about to start another one?

Is Donald Trump about to bomb Mali? Yes - you read that right. Not content with a war in Iran, he’s also mulling strikes on the West African country.

Why? What for? We’ll explain.

Plus - Trump agrees to help Saudi Arabia enrich their uranium. Which is as head spinning as that appears on the page.

The Saudis and the Americans say that it’s just for civil nuclear purposes. It’s unclear what or if there are parameters to stop the Saudis changing tact.

As for the Israelis - well they’re only happy about it if Saudi Arabia agrees to establish diplomatic ties with them. Trump says that’s happening. It doesn’t sound like that was part of the deal agreed this week. Oops.
