My friend Cody Jett is on the podcast today. Cody played college baseball and was averse to running in his younger days. When 2020 hit he decided to take up running on the treadmill during quarantine. From there he dove all in! In fact, he progressed non-runner, to occasional runner, to ultra runner. In addition, he's now started a YouTube channel and podcast to explore his passion for running and all the running shoes and gear that go along with it.
