Alicia Jones Healthy Living works with women who are going through with peri-menopause, menopause, and/or post-menopause. This means that most of her clients are approaching or over 50, and over 60 years old. She is a certified personal trainer with a degree in Kinesiology. Her holistic approach to energize middle-aged women is different than most - it doesn’t involve strict diets, trying to get to a specific site or body mass index (BMI).
We talked about the differences across ages and between men and women.
