FoodCorps has spent the past decade fighting our fast food nation by connecting kids to healthy food in schools. Today the organization’s founder, Curt Ellis, lifts the lid on the current school cafeteria ecosystem, and the domino effects a bad diet has on our wellbeing and economy at large.
