This Particular Album is Very, Very Important to Me
Music:Music Commentary
Drew Droege sits down with Deborah and Joel to discuss the weirdest most loveable band in the world: Air Supply. Well, the B-52s but we swoon over Air Supply too. Aside from lots of laughs, this episode has lots of love for this wonderfully original band, uncles who make mix tapes for their nieces and sitting in the back seat of the van where the speakers are. Joel bores everyone with The B-52’s guitar string strategy and if Drew Droege and Deborah Tarica are on a podcast, the conversation will turn to John Waters eventually. But this makes Joel happy because he loves him too. All is right with the world.
This week on This Particular Song: OMD’s “Enola Gay” and “Lost In Love” by Air Supply.
