Vincent Ciattei comes straight off USA Track and Field Championships in New York where he finished second in the 1500 by five hundredths of a second, sent a message to his college group chat saying he was winning the 5K the next day, and then did exactly that. Vincent is a 3:48 miler running 90-mile weeks at 7,000 feet, doing double threshold, hill circuits at Marshall Lake, and long tempos down in Camp Verde, and this year it all clicked.
