From a young age, I was inspired by the idea that our life’s work is to care for each other, a value instilled by my father and embodied by the adults around me. My home, often filled with family during the holidays, was a place of warmth but also of strain, especially for my mother. Observing her tireless dedication to her family, I learned the complexities of love and its demands on women who want to give their all.
With 19 years of experience in women's health as a licensed acupuncturist, functional nutrition counselor, and personal trainer, I have dedicated my career to empowering women to see self-care as the foundation for all they want to accomplish in the world.
The Strength & Vitality Accelerator is a 12-month program is designed specifically for women aged 45-65. Instead of attempting overwhelming and complicated fads, the Accelerator guides women to find self-care success by focusing on creating consistency with the basics of health and wellness they already know.
Our Consistency Framework combined with a supportive community, women develop tailored daily routines and resilience tools to bounce back from setbacks. The goal is to give women control over their mental and physical strength and turn energy-boosting practices into daily habits.
Having energy when we need it allows us to show up as our best selves, equipped to handle life’s stressors in ways we are proud of. My vision is to support 10,000 women to not only feel strong enough to care for their loved ones but also to lead impactful changes for the betterment of all.
