This week is a different episode than my usual! I had Troy Sutton on who's a 19 year old bodybuilder and by all accounts has a different approach to fitness and lifestyle than me! Troy is a dedicated bodybuilder wants to work with other bodybuilders to prep them for shows, where as I love working with the general population to get them started on their journey. The conversation was extremely insightful as we went in depth on what bodybuilders actually go through to look how they do, I'm sure you will learn a lot from this episode and hopefully it will allow a lot of you to stop comparing tour physique to ultra lean people once you understand what they have to go through to look like that!
