Injuries are an unfortunate part of sport, however what should you do if you are injured when preparing for HYROX? In today’s episode we speak to Hannah Burgon who suffered an ACL tear in the weeks following her HYROX debut in January 2022. We also talk to Sean Camp who has both suffered and help multiple athletes through injuries.
Together we give an athletes view on some of the “do’s and don’ts” of having an injury and coming out the other side.
