Dit is een Engels gesproken interview. Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, as of 1903 is the oldest overseas naval base of the US. It got a prison that the world allowed to be placed outside of international law in 2002, where prisoners were being tortured. President Obama vowed to close the prison in 2009 then reversed that decision in 2011. It is still open and in use today.
