Hey ya'll! Happy Sunday. We have a very special episode this week. We are chatting with Ashley Wallace. Ashley is a Memphian who is a wife, mom, career-woman, and entrepreneur. She owns two businesses: A-Plus Events and Consulting (event planning services) and Sassy Cocktails (mobile bartending). Ashley came to chat about her experiences with pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. Most recently, she experienced giving birth during a pandemic and discovering her new baby has Trisomy 21, also known as Down Syndrome. October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month. The purpose of this awareness month is to raise public awareness and advocate for inclusion for individuals with Down Syndrome. I applaud Ashley for her grace, strength, and willingness to share her story.
