Why am I doing this? Because teaching a framework is different than telling someone about frameworks.
If I wrote a book on how to learn to swim, I would need to get in the water with them to apply the teaching.
This is me getting in the water with you.
Incorporate just, because someone was a great rep, didn't mean they were going to be a good manager.
When I hired reps they needed to be great salespeople, I could teach them about optics which was easy. It's much harder to teach people sales skills especially because I wasn't with them every day.
You are already great at what you do, I'm going to teach you the optics of your marketing.
