Natalie Mitchell is proving that even long-term dedicated amateur runners can get faster, even into their 50's. She's a shining example of what's possible. In fact, she just finished 27th in her age group at the Boston Marathon despite not hitting her goals on the day. That sentence is flat out bonkers, and amazingly inspiring.
In this episode Natalie gives us the full breakdown of how she made this her running reality and how she has helped cultivate a love of running in teenagers in her community.
