He can't escape the unsettling truth about one of the recordings and its implications and struggles to somehow find a way to move forward. When he starts to think more clearly, he decides it's time to get others involved to help provide answers. Ultimately disappointed that no help is coming, he stumbles upon an unexpected resource and decides to take his first steps on his ongoing journey.
